Prenatal & Newborn Sleep (3-12 weeks)
The rude awakening and blur of babyhood. This time is setting in motion a gentle, supportive sleep foundation that will guide your baby to healthy sleep habits that is sustainable for the whole family.
Here, my goal as your sleep consultant is to minimize the need for future sleep training by working with me from day one or soon after your baby is born. My approach is to keep parents hands-on while enabling you to rest so you can be the best for your baby. I am a Sleep Sense™ trained and certified sleep consultant, using baby sleep training methods that have provided thousands of families worldwide with gentle sleep solutions.
PRENATAL GROUP PRESENTATION
My prenatal group presentation is a seminar which helps you understand why newborn sleep can cause so much sleep deprivation, how you can overcome these common sleep challenges and how to prevent feelings of exhaustion so to actually enjoy the newborn stage.
If you're looking to enjoy newborn motherhood without the overwhelm of sleep deprivation, then this seminar is for you!
If you are proactively advocating for your baby's sleep needs, physical and mental development, then this seminar is for you.
How much sleep is enough?
Consolidated, health-boosting, deep sleep is vital for the physical and mental growth of babies. An endless number of variables affect your baby's sleep and that is what makes your child's sleep so difficult to decipher. As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I work with my clients using proven sleep strategies that help parents practice age appropriate healthy sleep habits from day one, along with personalized support to guide you through the process.

Hear it from mamas!
I wanted to thank you for your program. Things have been hectic at our house (contractors all over the place doing loud work during the day), so naptime has been challenging. But we implemented some things we learned from your consultation at bedtime, and what a difference!!! We’re only on the fourth night, but already Megan has developed her own self-soothing techniques, falling asleep on her own albeit with some crying, waking only once to eat during the night and putting herself back to sleep on her own with her other nightwakings. My husband and I are so happy to have a long stretch of sleep again! Thank you so much. We still have some work to do regarding naps, but we’ll get there. Thanks again and take care.

Hi Adela, Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!!!! I just had my first full night of sleep in 3 months. It was the third night of implementing the program and she slept from 7:00 to 5:00 and went back down until 7:00. I am so happy I woke up crying:) Thanks again! You are a life saver
