"I truly cannot recommend Adela enough. Our (almost) three year old daughter had been having horrible sleep for about a year and a half before we started working with Adela. I dreaded bedtime with our daughter. It took forever to do her bedtime routine and get her in her crib and, after she was finally in, it would take 1 to 2 hours with me laying on the floor in her room to get her to fall asleep. She would wake up 4 to 5 nights per week and be up for anywhere between 30 minutes to 4 hours. When I contacted Adela, I was impressed right away with her confidence compared to other sleep coaches I had reached out to. Starting from our first phone call working together, I was really impressed with her suggestions and her plan for getting our little one to sleep better. Once we started the sleep training, my daughter was sleeping through the night by the second night of training (she was up the first night for five minutes) and has been sleeping through the night ever since!
